Groups, events, associations, teachers, etc. are welcome to set up booths to pass out information, talk to people, and network. You are not permitted to sell products or services at a group booth space, though a single donation jar may be displayed. If you want to sell products, please purchase a Vendor Space instead. To qualify for a group table, your group must have an established presence in the NoVA region.
We recommend making additional donations or sponsorships for groups to help contribute to the overall success of the event, but additional donations/sponsorships are not required.
