The Event Coordinator is retiring! ... Calling all volunteers ... This is not a drill! :-)
We are looking for a few good people to help transition to new leadership and run the event. You won't do it alone, current coordinators will get you up to speed and teach you everything you need to know.

We need volunteers! Our event doesn't happen without the generous support from volunteers. If you can dedicate some time on the day of the event to help set up, accept food donations, man the Info Booth, help pack up, or even help with planning beforehand, email us at nova-ppd@hotmail.com to let us know your availability and what you are interested in helping with.

We are currently gathering pricing information and scouting new locations for NoVA PPD. Our site for the past three years no longer allows vending. Since our vendors have become part of the NoVA PPD family, we are doing everything we can to find a site that will allow our vendors while also being fiscally doable. We'll update this page and Facebook as soon as we have details. It may take a couple weeks for our final decision to be made because one of our venue contacts is on vacation for a couple weeks. Stay tuned ...

We will be hosting a Q&A with Dorothy Morrison at 2PM. We've also posted the times for all the workshops and other activities on the Schedule Page.
We're also having a Persephone's "Egg" Hunt at 11AM! There are several black walnut trees on site and they've sprinkled black walnuts all over the place. Kids of all ages will be set loose upon the site to gather as many black walnuts as they can find in 5 minutes. Cash prizes will be awarded for the top three walnut harvesters!

Fundraising Yard Sale Time! We have set a date for our annual fundraising yard sale for NoVA PPD! The big day will be April 11th. We are in need of STUFF donations and helpers for the day of the sale. Anything you donate is tax deductible (just like donating to Goodwill or Salvation Army!), and we can provide a receipt when we receive your goods.

Vendor registrations are already coming in. If you are a vendor in need of a space in the covered pavilion, sign up sooner rather than later to guarantee your spot. Vendor locations are assigned as people register and pay for their spots. As always, email us with any questions - we're here to help!

Community Fundraising Yard Sale
THANK YOU to everyone who donated, helped, and shopped the yard sale! We were able to raise more money than we hoped for and will be able to purchase some signs and banners as well as afford behind the scenes things like renewing the domains and web hosting. We are deeply grateful for the outpouring of support for Northern Virginia Pagan Pride Day!
