Baked and Beaded
We create original pieces of jewelry using beads and hand-sculpted polymer clay. Our jewelry artist has been crafting for over 5 years. Candle Charms I am extremely diverse and have a multifaceted cultured viewpoint regarding religion and spirituality. I come from a Christian background but embrace many religions which include (but not limited to) Hinduism, Buddhism, and neo-Paganism. I have been a member of the Sisterhood of Avalon for 6 years and have over 11 years experience working with and studying the healing and magickal properties of herbs and essential oils and incorporate this knowledge into my candle making. I am a strong believer in and practice white and green magick and am an avid advocator of the Goddess and Her ability to enhance and heal our lives. All of my candle fragrances have been personally mixed by me so they are guaranteed to be unique. I like to call the candles I make "smart" candles because they contain quartz crystal to ignite and synthesize the energetic properties of the herbs and fragrances I use. I hope you will try and enjoy these candles and share them with like-minded friends. Cathy's Custom Jewelry I design, create and sell one of a kind jewelry pieces using natural gemstones, sterling silver, and other metals. I also carry a line of affordable Sterling Silver and Stainless Steel Jewelry, as well as an assortment of glass and pewter beads for bracelets which can be made by the customer. Dollart13 My hobby is finding unique dolls that I alter by hand painting and giving them new clothes and a new life. Most of them have been found in antique stores or lying in a heap on the floor of a thrift store. Their transformation can take days or weeks and sometimes months to complete due to my normal hectic work schedule. Working with my dolls is how I relax and unwind after a long day. Most of my dolls come with a story about them and a death certificate. These dolls are not intended to be for children or to be a toy. To me they are art work and are just to be admired. doTERRA by Totally Essential We are a group of dōTERRA wellness advocates who teach educational workshops and personal consultations on natural wellness featuring certified pure therapeutic grade essential oils and natural wellness supplements. CedarLight Grove, ADF
Cedar Light Grove Inc., is a Chartered Grove of Ar nDraiocht Fein, A Druid Fellowship. We stand as a nonprofit religious and educational corporation organized to pursue the full spectrum of legal activities as practiced by any religious organization, including a variety of charitable, educational, and community service affairs in the state of Maryland. Our belief and practices are mostly based upon those of the ancient Celtic Druids. We seek to ensure that a love for the Old Ways, as expressed in a comprehensive and inclusive polytheistic faith and green living, is carried across the bridge into the future. We meet once a week (sometimes more) for our regular Sunday service/meditation "Walk With the Old Ones" and Rites of Caffeina, and hold 8 Public High Rites a year. We have a thriving and active membership, and our own building and land which we maintain ourselves. Stop on by and join us! Circle of the Moon The Circle of the Moon tradition is based on British Traditional Witchcraft, with a touch of Ceremonial, and a lot of Eclectic thrown in. We pull from all pantheons (Celtic, GreecoRoman, Hindu, Norse, etc.) but always abide by the Rede. We are a working & learning coven - we celebrate at least 9 Full Moon's a year and all 8 Sabbat's. There is a three degree system, with Year and a Day classes offered for First and Second degree witchcraft. If you live in the Chantilly, Centreville, Reston, Vienna, Fairfax, Oakton, or Herndon area and are interested in learning Wicca the Year- and-a-Day (Wicca 101) classes will begin this Fall 2014. The Firefly House The Firefly House is an organization and initiatory tradition of Wiccans, Witches, polytheists, and magick-workers based in the Washington DC area. We seek to maintain a community of individuals committed to building a deep spiritual practice, sharing knowledge, and helping one another in the journey of the Pagan experience. We put on open sabbat gatherings for the public and house two covens: Coven of the Spiral Moon and Coven of the Crow Moon. Potomac Circle Ministries / Circle Sanctuary We founded our ministry to expand our mission for connecting Pagans and helping others find their spiritual path. Our mission is to:
Seed Group of the Oak and Eagle The Seed Group of the Oak and Eagle is a relaxed gathering for interested individuals to study, discuss, and practice Druidry in a safe, friendly, and receptive environment. Druidry is a way of experiencing and connecting with the natural world and other beings in a style and manner associated with the ancient Celtic culture that spanned northern Europe for thousands of years. Elements of Druidry can still be found in modern cultural and spiritual traditions. The study of Druidry compliments many other spiritual paths, and we welcome this diversity in our group. We are affiliated with the Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids (OBOD)—an international order based in the United Kingdom, but world-wide in scope—and use the OBOD material as the basis for our practice. However, while we find the OBOD courses and material rich in depth and spiritually inspiring, we do not require OBOD membership in order to join and participate with the Seed Group. To find out more on OBOD and Druidry, see the OBOD website at www.druidry.org. We are an active group, and our aim is to create a welcoming and friendly environment that compliments the spiritual growth of each member through the celebration of the eight solar and fire festivals, the lunar cycles, the Bardic arts, and other community opportunities as they arise throughout the year. ShadowGrove ShadowGrove is a steadily-growing community of people, each following his or her own spiritual path, who come together to enjoy what they have in common, learn from one another where they differ, and work together toward a deeper understanding of the many facets of the Earth Path. Sisters of the Rising Moon School of the Feminine Divine Sisters of the Rising Moon is a daughter school of the Order of The White Moon, an international order of women dedicated to The Goddess. The purpose of the order is two-fold: to help restore spiritual balance on earth by restoring the Divine Feminine to her rightful place - and - to assist female-seekers in their personal and spiritual development. SRM offers a curriculum in personal empowerment and Priestess training. The course is Goddess-centered, built on the foundation of the Women's Spirituality Movement. The curriculum includes Goddess studies, ritual, meditation, prayer, magick, healing, divination, dreams and astral work. Graduates are eligible to enroll in a public ministry course and to receive ordination through The Order of The White Moon.
